Contacting the bakery
If you contact Voodoo by email, phone or social media, the bakery uses the information you share to respond to your enquiry and discuss your order. Those services also handle information under their own privacy practices.
Order requests
When online requests are available, the form collects your name, email, optional phone number, requested items, date and the details you choose to include. These are saved so the bakery can review your request and follow up. Submitting a request does not confirm an order or take a payment.
Customer accounts
An account lets you view requests associated with your verified email address. Sign-in uses an emailed code or a password you set. The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Account and request information is restricted to the customer and authorized bakery administrators.
Browser storage
The website can remember the menu items and quantities in your request basket in this browser. It does not use that basket storage to save your name, email, phone number or private request history. Security controls are used to limit repeated automated submissions and sign-in attempts.
What to include
Include only information needed for the bakery to respond. Do not send payment-card details through an enquiry or request form. If you have dietary requirements, discuss them directly with the bakery before confirming an order.
Privacy questions
Contact the bakery to ask about information you have shared or to request a correction or deletion. The bakery can explain what information is held and what action is available for your request.
